Frequently Asked Questions
Most people have questions so we have compiled a list of the most frequent below. If you have additional questions feel free to call or send us a message (on the Contact Us page).
Question: Will you be listing my house on the MLS?
We are not Real Estate Agents or Realtors and we don’t list houses. We are professional Real Estate Investors, we buy houses that meet our purchasing criteria and we may repair the house then resell it to another home owner, keep it as a rental property or through our extensive network sell it to another investor.
Question: What type of prices do you pay for properties?
Many of the houses we purchase are below market value (we do this so we can resell it at a profit to another home owner). We are looking to get a fair discount on a property. You will not have to perform repairs, painting, cleaning, ect. As a seller you do not have to worry about paying a hefty commission like you would with a Realtor or fees from us.
Question: How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
The process we use is simple, and very straight forward. We look at the location of the property, assess the repairs that are needed versus the current condition of the property, and look at the comparable properties sold in the area recently.
Question: How does your company make money?
We do not charge any fees and we do not get paid commission. After we have agreed on a fair price, we close without any cost to you. The way we make our money is by repairing the property and reselling for a profit. This takes out the worry of hidden fees for our clients which gives a piece of mind that when we make you an offer the amount you receive will never change.
Question: Is there any obligation when I submit my info?
There is absolutely zero obligation for you. We will collect information about your property, perform a walk through and submit our offer to you. It's really that simple, there will never be any pressure to sell to us. We realize this is a huge decision and we want all of our clients to feel as if they are family.
